DELIVERY COSTS

Standard cost £6.90

Parcels will usually be delivered during normal working hours on weekdays. Carriers require a signature on delivery. No responsibility is taken for non delivery if instructions are given to leave parcels without a signature. Please ensure we have a complete delivery address; we cannot guarantee delivery without it. Goods ordered with a partial, or wrong address and /or unsigned for on delivery will not be subject to refund or replacement.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Items for exchange or refund must be returned within 21 days of purchase. If goods are unused, unsoiled and complete with original packaging and labels, a refund will be given less original carriage cost. If we are asked to uplift goods being returned, we reserve the right to charge for the recovery, if they are not returned on request. All goods being returned are the responsibility of the sender, therefore please insure them accordingly for loss or damage, especially high value items and obtain a proof of posting. Please enclose sufficient details for us to process your order quickly. ie: name, address, post code, order number etc. For security reasons please do not include any payment details. We will normally send replacement goods without charging carriage; however we reserve the right to charge carriage costs in exceptional circumstances. Notification will be given of this intention before dispatch.

Send Returns to ADREL. We will e-mail you on receipt of goods and process your refund or exchange, using your original method of payment. We normally refund within three working days of receipt of goods. In exceptional circumstances please allow up to 30 days. Our policies do not affect your statutory rights.

COMPLAINTS

If goods are found to be faulty or damaged, please return them to us for inspection as soon as possible to the above address in Returns & Refunds. Replacements will be sent at no extra cost. Your postage cost will be reimbursed. If the wrong goods are received please contact us immediately and we will rectify our mistake. Please include Date of Purchase, your Name & Address, Postcode and any Order Numbers to help us process your refund or exchange quickly. Please indicate if a refund is preferred.

PLEASE NOTE, Items returned under complaint must be CLEAN & DRY. Under the Health & Safety Act 1972 we are unable to handle wet or dirty goods and will NOT accept them for inspection.

A contract between you and HTH for the purchase of goods exists when we confirm your order via email. Your acceptance of this contract is deemed to take place when a confirmation email is sent even if, due to circumstances beyond our control, you do not receive it.
